For our energizers we use a guarana extract with 12% caffeine. This improves alertness and concentration and helps to reduce fatigue. Vitamin B12, magnesium and zinc are other important ingredients. Magnesium is of central importance for numerous processes in energy metabolism, B vitamins promote the provision of energy and performance (e.g. formation of red blood cells) and zinc strengthens the antioxidant protection system and the body’s defenses as a whole.
